Is my personal information protected when I buy from Apxview? 

Yes, Apxview has been certified by McAfee Secure™ . Your personal information is only used to complete an order and/or receive emails from us. 

How long does it take for my product to arrive?

We take about 2-5 business days to make your product. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Why is my product taking longer than expected? 

When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.

Please note that for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be "stuck" at a certain place/event.

If it hasn't arrived and tracking updates have stopped please check with your local courier as they are responsible for your package once we fulfill your product. 

Is my package lost in transit?

Although uncommon, sometimes couriers make mistakes that are out of our control. If your package appears to be lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will gladly reship your product or give you a complete refund.

Can I return a product that is damaged?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
